The service

EdhuruCloud is school management software provided to schools by subscription. The school is our customer and decides who can use its account.

Accounts

Everyone sets their own password and is responsible for keeping it private. The school can remove someone’s access at any time.

The school’s records

The records belong to the school. We look after them, keep them private, and only use them to provide the service. See the privacy policy for the details.

Payments

Schools pay a yearly price based on their number of students. Fees that families pay to the school go directly to the school’s own bank account. EdhuruCloud never receives or holds that money.

Fair use

Please do not try to access another school’s records, test the security of the service without our written permission, or use it to send messages that are not about school.

Leaving

A school can stop at any time. We export its records on request and then delete them.
